It’s Ironic that Randi Zuckerberg has Twitter fit over privacy, but doesn’t Facebook encourage users to abandon their’s?

Randi Zuckerberg posted a photo of a family gathering and it ended up on Twitter. Zuckerberg blasted the woman who posted the photo and she had the audacity to admonish her on privacy issues. Zuckerberg might have a point if it was made by someone else, but Facebook asks users to surrender privacy and if you don’t understand their confusing privacy policies you could end up like Randi Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg used her name and status to come down like a ton of bricks on the woman that posted the photoe. It seems that ire should have been directed at one of the people in the photo–her brother, boy genius Mark Zuckerberg. Read the linked article and share your thoughts.

When Mark Zuckerberg wears a hoodie he’s a genius, but when Trayvon Martin wore one he was a hoodlum…what’s the difference?

This morning on the Today Show Star Jones said something that I had been discussing with my husband the other day. Facebook founder mark Zuckerberg loves his hoodie. He wears them everywhere. He had to be told to ditch it when he went to a meeting at the White House, but he is viewed as a talented genius. Even if he pulls it up he is not seen as a criminal, but when Trayvon Martin wore that same article of clothing he was viewed as a criminal. The hoodie was demonized. Well not the hoodie but the person wearing the hoodie. When Jones articulated this point Donny Deutsch said why do you have to make this into a black white issue? Why because it is.

Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg Friends Newark

Mark Zuckerberg is donating $100 million dollars to the Newark School system. Yesterday he appeared on the Oprah show with the Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie and Newark Mayor Corey Booker. The new school system is one of the worst in the country so one would think everyone in the state would great this news with gladness, but instead some question the motives of Zuckerberg. He has been accused of making the donation as an effiort to deflect attention from an upcoming unflattering movie about Facebook. I says so what. If it is a pr trick and Newark gets the money the kids still benefit. The media need to get off Zuckerberg’s back and let him get his shine for helping Newark students acquire the gift that keeps on giving…an education.
