Workplace Rage? No, this was Terrorism, but what are we going to do about it?

We are vulnerable. We live in a free society and with that comes peril. Yesterday, we saw a man and his wife kill 14 people and wound 21. The killers were killed in a shootout with the police. People you know it and I know it this was terrorism. So what do we do about it? We’ve got to go to work, school, church, but how do we stay safe. Some newspapers are saying prayer is not the answer but as believers we can not abandon prayer. We have to do more. Any ideas?

We have definitely entered some very dark days. We definitely cannot abandon prayer. I never thought the day would come where I would have to teach my young children drills on what to do if they are somewhere and there is threat of an act of terrorism. But that day has come. I feel awkward saying that we must prepare because honestly I don’t know how to prepare.

It seems as though just about everyone now realizes that ISIS is not the JV team, ISIS is not contained, and yes ISIS is an existential threat to Americans; everyone except the president. Does anyone wonder why he refuses to recognize this danger? We were not electing a prom king and should have taken the responsibility of choosing a leader more seriously. It’s too late now. Be prepared to defend your lives and pray.

Prayer PLUS the ability and resolve to eliminate the predatory evil terrorists from a civil society , by any means necessary , including the successful use of deadly force to stop an attack .
