Should Kirk Franklin be blasting Creflo Dollar?

Plenty of people have blasted Creflo Dollar for his scheme to acquire a new jet. Dollar has been mocked by the mainstream and now the church is throwing some punches. Gospel music superstar Kirk Franklin has questioned Dollar’s character but should he? He who is without sin should throw the first stone and it is no secret in gospel circles that Franklin has had to deal with his own demons. So does he have the right to speak against Dollar?

So, the fact that Franklin has had “to deal with his own demons” means he cannot opine on this foolishness? One need not be perfect to point out right and wrong. If Franklin is ever found to have coerced people to pony up to pay for his jet, call me. If Kirk has earned money from his music and that money has enabled him to afford nice things, that is not a sin. It’s NOTHING to be ashamed of or to hide. This notion that God wants people who profess His name to be poor and downtrodden is not Biblical in the least. Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Jacob, David, Solomon, ALL of them had vast wealth. I’m sure Kirk has invested MILLIONS in helping the poor and downtrodden, why complain about what he does with the rest of it? Go ahead Bro. Franklin! 1 Cor 5:12 says you are JUSTIFIED in making your comments. Now, if you want to make the argument that Dollar is NOT a Christian, well, we can have that conversation….
