This is the story of 3 Cricket smartphones. Two were good and one was very, very bad. We have been trying to get the bad one replaced for months, but when you call the 800 number you are connected to people named Paul and Jane who barely speak English. You are given other numbers to call that are answered by automated voices commanding you to hit 1, 2 or 3 where you are greeted by other automated voices. If you get a real human response you are tempted to say Eureka, but that joy is short lived because they will direct you back into the land of 1 800 numbers. So my question is who do you call to get this phone replaced? Need to talk to someone who can really make this happen.
How do you get a bad Cricket smartphone replaced?
