Why is President Obama so black in the NRA attack ad?

While watching Morning Joe today they played this ad and the Joe Scarborough asked why did the president appear darker in this ad. Look at the ad the President has been darkened for effect. The rhetorical question is why, but we all know the answer.

Joe Manchin at the end of the ad is also very shaded. I think who ever the graphics person was on this one is looking at a very large bright screen while manipulating the images or he is a Democrat out to screw the NRA or his personal visual acuity is poor. The making the president look dark thing just doesn’t wash… unless of course you have a permanent chip on your shoulder about race. I guess I will call it race resentment. Most people know the president is of mixed race. So making him look lighter or darker isn’t going to change their attitude towards the man. His actions on the other hand have seemed to have lost him votes in the last election. Of course running against a mealy mouthed suburban non politician was going to be a cake walk anyway.

This is so pathetic. Only a racist white person or an insecure black person would even notice such a thing. It is very sad that you could perceive anything negative about any skin shade of a black person. We’re no longer living in the 1950’s. And no we all don’t know the answer as to why. I don’t understand it all. Don’t you remember “I black and I am proud”? Move on.
