Sarah Palin and her Big Gulp Joke…it is hard to believe that she was a contender?

I shudder to think that if John McCain had been elected president in 2008 this woman would have been a heartbeat from the presidency.

Yeah, Joe Biden really has demonstrated his intellectual prowess to step into the top spot. But, then he has never held a job with any accountability so not much more can be expected of him than his boss.

WTF? Ok. Then Mitch McConnell, Orin Hatch, John McCain, etc have never held a job with any accountability either. Lets dismiss them all. For that matter, let’s disband the entire Senate. It’s not doing anything constructive.

As for Palin, we dodged a near lethal bullet there.

We almost reached agreement again. The entire senate is doing nothing constructive. If you can point out something to me to refute that , I’d love to hear it. But we did not dodge a near lethal bullet bullet; we have Joe Biden who is truly a buffoon.

Sorry, Bill. On any objective scale, Palin ranks far, far higher in buffoonery than Biden. He was a Senator for 36 years, responsible for scores of important legislation. She was the mayor of Wasilla, and Governor for a few years, and she couldn’t even finish the latter job, choosing to resign to chase the almighty dollar, (which she’s done quite successfully). If your criteria is who’s been able to cash in on their celebrity status the most, she’s a clear winner. Of course, her scruples are highly suspect. Biden has been a public servant since I was in high school (and I’m now in my 59th year).

Biden reads newspapers, and doesn’t act in reality shows. Palin drinks Big Gulps and panders to people like you. I’ll take Biden in all his buffoonery anyday.
