Is Dennis Rodman a Diplomat?

Do you want Dennis Rodman representing the United States on the diplomatic stage? Rodman recently took a goodwill trip to North Korea with the Harlem Globetrotters. He has been pictured with North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un. Rodman has told the leader that he has a friend for life and he has also described the leader as “an awesome kid”. This morning Rodman will be the guest on ABC This Week. Has the earth tilted? Do we want Rodman meeting with world leaders and if he does do we need to hear him discussing “his findings”? Share your thoughts.

Dennis Rodman is what is commonly known as a useful idiot. The North Korean government is known for its effective brainwashing techniques and if the difficulty of that task is relative to brain capacity it was likely a very easy task to accomplish with Rodman.

This pathetic buffoon tweeted, while there, “maybe I’ll run into that Psy dude while I’m here”. He was referring to the Gnam Style rapper who lives in South Korea a country which has been at war with North Korea since 1950. Maybe he thinks North Korea is to South Korea as North Carolina is to South Carolina.

He also seemed extremely impressed by the lineage of Kim Jong Ung while speaking of his father and grandfather who were benevolent dictators who starved millions of their citizens while investing millions in nuclear weapons development. But according to Rodman they were all great leaders.

    May God help us.

Bill I used to rarely agree with you but on this and the issue last week regarding working from home you and I have been on the same page. Rodman is not quailifed to render opinions on highly volatile political issues. he should not have been invited on the show and his effusive praise of the dictator shows he does not know what he is talking about. He partied with a dictator who showed him a good time, but that does not negate the fact that the man is a dictator. That fact has seemingly jumped over Rodman’s head.

Caution- consistent exposure to reasonable thought may cause one to become resonable in his or her own thinking. Be very careful.

Dennis Rodman is just stupid, uninformed and a total embarrassment. Rodman is laughing as he begins his interview with George Stephanopoulos. As Stephanopoulos asked questions, it is obvious that Rodman is completely ignorant about Kim Jong Un and North Korea. At one point when Stephanopoulos mentioned the N. Korean prison camps, Rodman claimed the U.S. does the same thing here. Rodman is a stupid, stupid man. What’s scary is that his diehard fans and groupies might actually believe this man is a legitimate news source when it comes to Kim Jong Un and North Korea.

I just heard that Rodman is scheduled to be on The Today Show in the morning (Mon, Mar 4). I’m curious if he will actually show up or cancel his appearance. If I were one of his handlers I would quickly cancel The Today Show after his pitiful performance with Stephanopoulos. But, then again, maybe Rodman truly believes he delivered a rock star interview on ABC This Week.

He will be on the Today Sow because he is also a contestant on NBC Celebrety Apprentice so this is good promo for the show. NBC is in the toilet in ratings so they will use anything to generate ratings.

I guess Rodman cancelled The Today Show.

First, all of the video released several days ago of Rodman praising Kim Jong Un and then the interview yesterday on ABC This Week. I wonder if Rodman or his handlers finally realized how absolutely uninformed and pathetic he sounds when talking about Kim Jong Un and North Korea.
