This is silly, and I feel that the show did an excellent job of trying to “tidy up” the situation with the young man who had the outstanding warrants because if I recall correctly, it was the “Sheriff” of his city who first raised the issue and announced that the young man was wanted. So what was the show going to do when the entire country knew about the situation.. In fact, they did it in a manner which would most likely allow the young man to return.

It comes down to votes, and if Black people don’t watch, or, on the other hand watch but don’t vote, then stop being sore losers because if you have true and legitimate talent, America will vote you up or down.

It is interesting that were it not for their appearance on the show we would have never heard of any of them. The show gives unknown talent an opportunity to showcase their talent on the big stage. Many of the most successful alums did not even win the competion (Jennifer Hudson-Oscar winner). So I would classify this group as sore losers.

Black America has learned well; when all else fails or when we fail, play the race card. As a black American, I am about sick of it. If whites in America had the courage to voice their feelings on it, I can only imagine what they would say. But they taught us the game by reacting to it.

Excellent point Bill. Ann Coulter addresses some of that in her latest book. Many liberals-quite a few of them of color-took umbrage to her calling “BS!” to frequent charges of racism because the know that if they lose that power they have to play by the rules everyone else does.
