Armored Kids Clothes…have we come to this?

armored kids clothes

The Sandy Hook tragedy was three weeks ago. Twenty six people lost their lives that day, but fortunately that is not the norm. So what do you think about clothing our children for war? Read the linked story and share your thoughts.

Emotional response invariably lead to irrational decisions. This is truly an irrational response to the Sandy Hook tragedy. The FBI reports that more people are murdered each year with hammers and clubs than with rifles, assault or otherwise. In consideration of such, why not send children to school wearing helmets?

Bill, I wish WordPress had a “like” button, because your comments are dead spot on! I have made that argument so many times recently to the gun grabbers and bullet banners and they cannot see reason through their obsession to eliminate “guns that look menacing”. Just this morning I heard a state legislator will be presenting a bill that limits and restricts the sale of ammo, requires an ID, and will require the sale of ammo be reported to the Justice Department. Just what is the Justice Department going to do with MILLIONS & MILLIONS of scraps of paper depicting every sale of ammo by law abiding citizens? More feel good legislation that does nothing to stop the problem.
