Is Jordan Davis the latest victim of the “stand your ground” law?

Let’s set the scene: Michael Dunn is at a gas station parked near him is a car with a group of teens playing their music loudly. Dunn complains and an argument ensues. Dunn pulls out his gun and shoot at the vehicle killing Jordan Davis. Dunn flees the scene and later claims he felt threatened and thought he saw a gun in the teen’s vehicle. What’s his defense?
