Will the “Low-Propensity” voters come out for the President?

“More specifically, at what rate will ordinarily low-propensity voters turn out? Will the Hispanic, young, African-American, and single female voters, who the President needs to dominate, come out in large numbers? Republicans say they believe they will not vote to an extent that they will sufficiently counter balance the large anti-Obama and boosted pro-Romney vote.”-Mark Halperin, Time Magazine
The question is simple will the low-propensity voters come out and vote on November 6th?

I am more concerned about the “undecided voter” that is all the rage for the media. These two candidates are SO disparate, I cannot fathom how ANYONE is “undecided” on these two. I tell you, I have more respect for the air-headed person who votes for Obama simply because he or she wants free birth control of the similarly air-headed one who votes for Romney because they think Obama’s a Muslim than I have for the person who cannot discern which of these two candidates is better suited for the highest office in the land. How do these people hold jobs and drive vehicles? How do they figure out who to marry and have a family with? I assure you their choices for a lifemate were much closer in commonality than these presidential candidates.

Will they vote? Only if they sense that what they do will count. I hope they don’t vote in California. It won’t make a difference, but it’ll keep them from serving on jury duty, and I don’t want THEM deciding the fate of criminals.
