The IRS has admitted scrutinizing Tea party organizations more closely than other organizations applying for a tax exempt status and that was wrong. In 2004 the NAACP was audited by the IRS was this the same thing? Was it wrong? Is this politics?

Tim Scott will replace Sen. Jim DeMint, he will be the first black GOP Senator since Reconstruction
