Is Mitt Romney Engaging in the “Niggerization” of Barack Obama?

Yesterday on MSNBC the Cycle Toure accused Mitt Romney of trying to portray the president as the angry black man. Toure used the word “niggerization”. Is this language over the top or is this spot on. Some on the left have accused the President of not being tough enough. Early in his presidency it seems like he extended himself to the Republicans to no avail and now he is accused of being hateful, angry and divisive.
