JC Penney apologizes, but will the customers come back?


About a year ago JC Penney got real brand new. They were on a hunt for a younger, hipper customer and they didn’t seem to mind shedding the old customers in search of the new, but a funny thing happened. They did not get the new and they lost the loyal old customers. So they dropped their new name simply JCP and now they are going back to their longer traditional moniker, but will the old customers come back. Is this apology enough?

    They can do whatever they feel they need to do. Gonna take some deep gimmicky discounts to get customers back.

    Any which way it goes, they only see me when I get my birthday coupon in the mail.
