NFL Greats Demand a Plan, but what group did they leave out?

I saw this well meaning PSA today. Emmitt Smith, Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk encourage us to demand a plan from our lawmakers. They talk about the children of Sandy Hook and the people killed at the Colorado theater, but what about the countless children slaughtered everyday on the urban streets of our country? What’s the plan for them? What’s the plan for a person who sprays bullets targeting one person, but hitting anyone in ther area? What’s the plan for someone sitting on a bus and a person gets on and starts shooting? Does this plan include teaching self control or does it only include gun control? Don’t get me wrong I am in favor of some forms of gun control, but any plan created needs more than gun control. That’s a start, but it simply can not be the end point.
