This ad is not politics as usual. This ad not only calls the president out, it also talks about his children. children are off limits, but the NRA obviously does not share that opinion. This is shameful. Share your thoughts.

Obviously the president doesn’t regard children as being off limits. He shamelessly used several of them as props in his press conference today. Despicable!
As to the substance of the NRA ad, perhaps others believe that it is prudent to use armed guards to protect his children but the lives of the children of the hoi polloi do not warrant such protections. As for my own scion, I don’t feel anyone else’s are more precious.
At least the NRA didn’t stoop to using the president’s children as props to sell bad ideas that won’t work to a naive populace. And let’s be clear about something. The spin on this story is that Sasha and Malia are “entitled to Secret Service protection”. I got no problem with that. But the school they attend is also used by other Washington elites, and there are LOTS of guns there being carried by hired security BESIDES the USSS agents protecting Sasha and Malia. The White House doesn’t like it when the hypocrisy of their actions is aired.
