Are these Ohio Billboards an attempt to supress the black vote?

Not sure why you feel it could be an attempt to suppress black voters, or any voters for that matter.
If you are registered to vote and you vote once, you have nothing to worry about.
Ex Felons can vote in Ohio, so I think this sort of scary bill board will intimidate folks who have been in trouble with the law. Hey, Obama is a must win state, and I remember I was watching Fox News, in 2008, when Ohio was called for Romney, they acted as though the election was over. Ohio counts, and the Republicans are doing everything and anything to win it.
For me, just because I am no longer a pre-existing condition under Obamacare, and because I do not have to pay higher premiums, or worry about insurance companies arbitrarily increasing my rates. In addition, I supported Romney as governor in MA, and he was HORRIBLE… so I hope Ohioans do some research, and vote as forcefully as some of us will be voting. We will be voting not just for Obama but STRONGLY against Romney.
