Tonight President Obama used a word that we don’t hear often and that word is citizen. Sure we hear it thrown around when some question his citizenship, but we don’t hear it often in this context. It is a privilege to be a citizen of the United States. We have rights as citizens, but we also have responsibilities. As a citizen we have the right to vote and tonight the president asked us for that vote. Tonight we saw a somber president, but not one devoid of hope. Hope is still there, but it has been tempered. Tempered by the realities of the job of being president. Tonight he told us that in 2008 he stood at the podium as the candidate, but tonight her stood there as the president and the view is oh so different. Tonight his speech was not designed to bring the audience to tears. It was a speech designed to encourage you to stay on the journey. We’ve simply come too far to turn around and tonight that was the message. It is up to each citizen to decide if this is the path that they want to travel and if this is the man they want to lead them. I once heard a preacher say that a leader without any followers is just a man taking a walk. We can not let the President walk this path alone. We have to move Forward.

Yes we can let him take his walk by himself. We are God loving American’s who believe in free speech, (not the CIA and NSA spying on every e mail search storing our searches , scrubbing our email’s or comments if they are unfavorable comments. Censoring what we write before it hits the net and spys all over our Facebook) justice for all , freedom to practice our religion, Christianity is threatened under Obama, so is living. Obama passed the NDAA in which he made sure it was added and is fighting it in a New York court that it stays in that the government has the right to kill American citizens without so much as a trial. That wiped out innocent till proven guilty. Obama is having 30,000 drones built to use to kill us domestically. His homeland security recently purchased 1 billion rounds of ammunitions to be used on domestic soil. Obama making side deals with countries that are not our allies, like telling Russia that we would slow our expansion defense missles in his second term in what he thought was an off mic moment. Why is he making deals like this with Russia? Obama and the Department of Justice have been reponsible for many murders by design in a attempt to propagandize a “grab of Americans guns,”over 20,000 civilians in Mexico dead because the DOJ gave mexican Drug loards and criminals U.S. guns in the Fast and Furious failed operation. This is not what Americans want our government doing. We certainly don’t want to be afraid our own government wants to leave us defenseless so they can kill us. This is an outrage will want Obama the terrorist out of our White House abusing his power to take over all branches of government illegally with his executive order. It is like the congress and senate and judges are being held hostage. Obama and his secretary of state and head of department of defense say they report to UN instead of congress, that is treasous last time I looked it up. Obama is dangerous , he has got to go. He needs to be taken out of the White House and put in a Jailhouse. We want a honest and deserve an honest government and we want our tax dollars treated with respect, it is like Clint Eastwood said the government are our employees , we pay for all those programs. Obama wasted too much time the last four years trying to grab more power than the position of president in entitled . We don’t bow to our presidents in the U.S. they bow to us if they want to get re-elected. Obama is a man of too many secrets. This is where he made his mistake by leaving all these questions of his life story unanswered , we had to fill in the blanks ourselves. His truth might have been less damaging or he may not have made it to president. I came across something today , the photo’s in Obama’s book Dreams from My Father an analysis was being done on them and showing how many of the photos are fake where Obama’s image is photo shopped in with his parents on the bench in the park as this person goes through you can see how now even his life story in his photos from his book are a fraud. His life as he presented it is a fraud. How can we reelect this man, i wouldn’t even want someone around me that dishonest as a neighbor let alone our president. This mystery man is ubscene .
I post comments that disagree with me and you certainly fit into that category. The portion of the comment that claims photos in his book were photoshopped is a little over the top. The president is no mystery man with some deep dark secret. He is a man that worked hard, studied hard and prepared for a life of service and that is what he is doing. You might not agree with his policies but it is unfair to demonize him because your disagree with his policies.
To Clover88, So have all the other presidents not been perfect men. Everything you discussed pretty much was already in motion when President Obama started. As musesofamom says we can disagree but not demonize. My 100% hope and trust is in God and not any man. All the presidents have been disappointing. They have all lied to us, maybe accept Carter. They all have secrets. As most humans do.

You can put Bugs Bunny in the white house for all I care, I STILL will be doing well. Period. That’s just my belief and what I will stand on. All of this fear is a bit much… sigh.
The whole demonization of the president suggests deeper problems, if you ask me. Something akin to deep rooted fears. I never would’ve thought I’d seen such… interesting thoughts on the current president. You can come up with questionable things going on in every presidency. Every last one of them.
I’m still trying to understand how the repub party nominated a candidate they don’t even want OR believe in… but that’s another story.
