Can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic. If so, I don’t think I exposed anything. CNN and the other news organizations that have been reporting on this appalling side of many countries in Africa did that. I simply thought that it seemed a bit simplistic to think that the way to correct bigotry in a religious setting as was reported here was by moving to a country rife with religious superstition, where witches were being attacked and killed, was not a very good idea. I’m sure Nigeria has a lot of positive attributes, and is for the most parts a beautiful country, but I’ll take Okey’s claim to paradise with a grain of salt. Maybe even a 5 lb bag of it.

His comments here seem to suggest to me that he believes that the U.S. is a horrible place for blacks to reside and that we can escape all injustices by fleeing to Nigeria.
I do find it somewhat perplexing that in spite of his insistence of the wonderful opportunities that are available there, Nigerians keep on coming here by the thousands. I do appreciate his offer but I personally have enjoyed a rather prosperous life here.

You seem to suggest that all blacks ought to move to Africa. I think that was tried about 190 years ago. It’s where the country of Liberia came from. I’m not so sure that all blacks want to move to Africa, much less that it will work as a solution to racism. But being white, I really don’t think I’m completely qualified to say so.
