This morning Barbara Walters of The View revealed that she and her camera crew made a trek to Florida to interview George Zimmerman yesterday. When they got there he said he would give the interview under one condition and Walters said it was a condition ABC could not fulfill. She made statements regarding Zimmerman’s need for money so she left it to the audience to put two and two together. During the course of the show Zimmerman or one of his reps called the show. At this point Zimmerman has Walters right where he wants her she is still salivating over the possibility, and as for me I heard enough on Sean Hannity’s show. Unless he is confessing and ready for sentencing he simply has nothing new to offer. Zimmerman is using the media to make his statements so that he will not need to testify in court where is statements would be challenged. Zimmerman said last night this was all part of God’s plan, and that confirms that he is praying to a God that I do not know.
UPDATE: George Zimmerman did call the show and offer to give a short phone interview, but Barbara Walters rejected his offer. Good for her!

Perhaps it is God’s plan that Zimmerman be held accountable for his actions or conduct ‼
As a believer, I understand it to be God’s plan that we are all to be accountable for our actions. The question here is what were Zimmerman’s actions? Some of us seem to have decided that we know what happened without the benefit of examining the evidence. It may well be that other than Zimmerman himself, only God knows what happened that night. The best that I can do is withhold judgement until all the evidence is presented, just as the jury will be required to do.
