Today Rick Perry attempted to rally the youth vote. He told the crowd if they turn 21 by election day they should vote for him. The only problem is voting age has been 18 for over 30 years. Perry seems to have a problem with numbers.
I think it’s safe to say that Rick Perry is not really a qualified Presidential candidate.
