Last week Bishop Eddie Long settled with the four young men that accused him of sexual misconduct. None of the parties will speak on the facts, but it seems the members of his church are finding new places to worship, and one of his high profile members stepped down this Sunday. Rev. Bernice King, daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., left the church on Sunday. We will never know why but King is not the only one leaving the megachurch. If it is/was “his” church–and it seems it was–and if, indeed, he had “sexual relations” (Bill Clinton’s term) with these young men–and apparently he did, since he had to buy them off, again, apparently–then what other result SHOULD happen?

He let people down–his family, friends and followers.
